Just a few hours later and the reply from HTC European customer support is here.

I won’t quote them verbatim as there is a confidenciality disclaimer in the e-mail, but suffice it to say that they thank me for the points I’ve raised and have escalated them.

I suppose this means that some one closer to development or product management will read my mail and deside if it’s worth putting into a “product backlog”.

I really hope so as I’m too lazy to code my own gmail application atm ;-P

Hello man,
I have problems with f-secure too. The problems are in version 5.58 where the gui is freezing after loading windows. I am using win 98 SE, but the support told me that this version is compatiable. When i end the task Fsguiexe i have to start it back and its normal. I don’t have spyware and adaware because its clean install with all updates and i’ve scanned my PC with adaware, spybot, hijack and avg free spyware. I’ve removed updates from startup but nothing changed. So i hate F-secure too, but i cant change it because is our corporate antivirus purchased by my boss. I cannot change the version because many of our PCs are using win98se and this is the last version for win98se. If you can help me with that please send me an e-mail with info. 10x

If you would like to write a JWebUnit plugin to CubicTest I would be happy to help you. I guess Christian wuold be happy to help you out as well.

We’ve got a lot of things to do on the main part of CubicTest so writing plugins for every web test framework out there takes a lot of time.

Writing a plugin is for Cubic is actually quite easy!

As a curiosity I’ve noticed that they value speed of scanning (”Skannehastighet”) over accuracy of the scanning (”Virusgjenkjenning”), weights are 20 vs. 15… Funny.
